About Me
I am a passionate and creative individual who thrives on challenges and creating exciting and meaningful designs. I studied Graphic Design and Fine Art at the Ernst de Jong Academy of Fine Art in South Africa. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management. I have 3 years experience in the design industry here in the UK and I have had the opportunity to work with some wonderful companies both in the UK and abroad. My work encompasses logo design and brand identity, posters, product packaging, corporate communications, magazines, leaflets and website design.
I started this company because it is my dream to help others achieve their goals and ideals by designing and creating personalised, authentic visual solutions for my clients and their businesses.

THE STORY BEHIND THE LOGO
Bees have always been a favourite animal of mine and I wanted my company to reflect the values of the bee community which is a strong work ethic; productivity; community and teamwork. The bee also symbolises the pollination of ideas to produce authentic and transformative results. With each project, I work closely with my client to produce work that inspires and reflects their business ethos. Blue symbolises trust, loyalty and the enhancement of artistic expression which are attributes that I value highly and strive to live up to.
JSV CONSULTING WEB DESIGN AND CORPORATE PROFILE
The grey and blue colour palette creates a feeling of dependability and professionalism. The images were used skilfully to portray the various services that the company provides and the white text reflects the simplicity of working with this company. The patterned background adds to the emotional connection when viewing this site because it represents the hard work that goes on behind the scenes by the company’s employees.
For the corporate profile, the client wanted a simple design in black and white that linked back to their web design but also stood apart as its own entity. The solid black was used to clearly indicate the company's various services while keeping the look clean and professional. The background design is the same as the company's website's background design to ensure uniformity and to ensure coherence of their brand across all platforms.
PRINT DESIGNS
Riverpark: The most important information was put on this poster to ensure that the target audience could grasp the information that the business wanted to portray even with a quick glance at it. The imagery was used to attract the target audiences attention and the flow of the design shifts the gaze up from the images to the text. The accent blue colour of the logo was used throughout the poster to create uniformity and identification of the brand.
The client wanted an information-rich leaflet that was simple to read and demonstrated all the benefits of its services and the prestigious awards that they have gained. By using strong imagery from the client, I portrayed examples of what type of training their customers would be doing and what skills and qualifications they would be gaining by partaking in the company's services. The accent blue colour throughout the leaflet was used to create uniformity and maintain the brand identity as that is the same colour of the client's logo.
Rathgael Gymnastics: The main focus of this design is the image in the centre of the poster so that it immediately attracts the attention and shifts the focus then on the text that matches the colours of the image below it. The flow of movement around the poster is anticlockwise to tell a story about what this business is advertising. Text was kept minimal to ensure the success of the imagery and colours of the piece. The blue colour used mirrors the colour of the logo, ensuring a neat package of an aesthetically pleasing and effective advertisement.

LOGO DESIGN
MBA Marketing logo: The roundness of this logo symbolises this company's resolve to continually improve on their services and maintain long-lasting relationships with their clients. The black to white gradient of the letters symbolises the company's ever-changing, ever-growing nature to remain relevant and to ensure their client's always get the best of them. The white text symbolises the simplicity of working with this company and the yellow creates an energetic feeling of optimism and possibility, which encompasses the company's ethos.
